The new roundabout at U.S. 33 and State Route 274 in Huntsville is now open three ways.
The first semi-trucks traveled through the new roundabout Friday as traffic began using the intersection.
The section of State Route 274 between U.S. 33 and State Route 117 remains closed for the time being.
Drivers traveling through the area are urged to use caution.
Crews and construction equipment are still in the area, and drivers are adjusting to the newly opened roundabout.
