A two-vehicle crash at the intersection of U.S. Route 33 and North Oak Street in Lakeview Monday morning resulted in no injuries.
According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened just before 7:30 a.m.
A 16-year-old Lakeview driver, Riley Persinger, was stopped at the stop sign on North Oak Street and preparing to cross U.S. Route 33 when the vehicle entered the roadway and was struck by a westbound 2011 Chevrolet Cruze driven by 29-year-old Summer Park of St. Marys.
Persinger was issued a citation for failure to yield.
Both vehicles sustained heavy damage and were towed from the scene.
