Experience the 2024 Eclipse AND Total Darkness at the Ohio Caverns.
The Darkness Tour ticket includes entrance into the park with spectacular eclipse viewing throughout the park and special Ohio Caverns Eclipse viewing glasses for your eye protection.
The first 300 guests to get their tickets scanned receive an Ohio Caverns lantern for a uniquely guided tour through the caverns.
This tour will include portions of the Historic and Natural Wonder sections, plus a section not toured during the summer.
The cavern tour is guided and takes approximately 1 hour.
There are 38 steps to enter and 60 steps to exit.
A Darkness Tour ticket also includes a gem bag for children ages 5 to 12.

The Darkness Tour is ONLY offered on Monday, April 8, 2024 (9 am-5 pm)
The park will open early at 7:30 am.
Tickets are only available online and are limited and non-refundable.
Each person in the vehicle ages 5 and older must have a ticket.
Other Information:
Tours will run throughout the day from 9 am until 5 pm but will pause between 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm for the eclipse.
Availability is subject to change depending on staffing and park capacity.
No Buses, RVs, Campers, or Trailers will be allowed in the park.
Once tickets are scanned, they will direct you where to park your vehicle.
