American Legion Harold Kerr Post 173 has named Finley Reed as its 2026 Poppy Queen.
Finley, 12, is the daughter of Rick and Joliece Reed.
She is the granddaughter of Joseph and Angie Messner of Bellefontaine and Larry and Teresa Reed of West Liberty.
A fifth-grade student at Bellefontaine Intermediate School, Finley was selected to represent the post during its annual Poppy campaign, which honors veterans and raises funds to support their needs.
The Poppy Queen serves as a local ambassador for the program, helping promote remembrance and appreciation for those who have served in the United States Armed Forces.
