The former Superintendent of Spencerville Schools was indicted earlier this week by a Logan County Grand Jury on one count of gross sexual imposition and attempted sexual battery.
Both indictments are fourth-degree felonies.
The retired administrator is listed as a substitute teacher.
66-year-old Dennis Fuge is from Spencerville and retired in 2019 from the school district.
The incident reportedly happened on March 16th of this year, just days after the tornado, at Logan’s Landing in Lakeview.
An arraignment hearing is scheduled for May 23rd at 10 AM.
