More details were released Tuesday about a shooting that occurred Saturday in Bellefontaine.
Bellefontaine Police were dispatched to a home on West Williams Avenue around 5:30 PM for a fight in progress.
Officers learned that Landon Dickinson had gotten into a physical altercation with some of the residents of the home when he went to his car and retrieved a gun.
He pointed the gun at the backs of the residents as they were going back inside the home, then raised the gun a little higher and fired a round into the air.
Dickinson fled the scene in a black SUV.
Officers located Dickinson at his home and placed him under arrest.
He was transported to the Logan County Jail on an Attempted Felonious Assault Charge.
The incident still remains under investigation.
