Within the last week, the Bellefontaine Police Department has reported several missing items have been returned to their rightful owners after being misplaced/lost.
On Thursday, a wallet was found at Camp Myeerah. Tony Green of Bellefontaine reported that all cards and cash were accounted for.
On Friday, a wallet was found at the Marathon Gas Station in Bellefontaine. Jacob Harbour of West Liberty told Bellefontaine Police that all cards and over $400 in cash were accounted for.
On Saturday, a cell phone was found at the Huntington bank ATM in Bellefontaine. The BPD returned the undamaged phone to Bellefontaine’s Cristina Alcarez.
