The City of Bellefontaine and The Logan County Visitors Bureau recently worked with the owners of the building on McKinley Street, America’s shortest street.

Cody and Andy Warren gave their blessing to add a fresh look to the front of the building.

The design of the new mural was done, in-house, by Bellefontaine City Code Enforcement Officer, Heather Harpst.

The funding for the project was split between The Logan County Visitors Bureau & the City of Bellefontaine.

Mayor Ben Stahler said, “It’s exciting to have yet another mural added to our downtown streetscape. We’re very proud of this landmark, and many people come to visit our community to have their picture taken on McKinley Street.”

The mural was installed Friday.
