A lane change led to a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon on South Main Street in Bellefontaine.
The Bellefontaine Police Department says the crash happened shortly before 3 p.m. near the intersection of South Main Street and Auburn Avenue.
Police say 82-year-old Robert Beech of Belle Center was driving a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe southbound on South Main Street in the left lane.
Seventeen-year-old Alex Johnson of Russells Point was also traveling southbound on South Main Street in a 2009 Honda Civic, but was in the right lane.
