In the first game of the OVCC tournament on Thursday night, the Calvary Spartans beat the East Dayton Eagles 55-40.
Leading the win for CCS was Ezra Davie with 19 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Kaden Downey had 8 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. Wyatt Schlatter pitched in 6 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals. Evan Patton added 6 points and 5 assists. Ephraim Daniels had 5 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals. Phillip Davie had 5 points and 3 rebounds and Charles Krumm added 4 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists. Christian Rogan pitched in 2 points.
Calvary will play game 2 of the OVCC tourney on Saturday against Chess Academy.
