Bellefontaine Youth Football Sweeps Northridge Cougars

Bellefontaine Youth Football had a successful day in AccuSport Stadium on Saturday, defeating the Northridge (Kenton Ridge) Cougars in both JV (3^rd & 4^th graders) and Varsity (5^th &  6^th graders).

In the JV game, the Chieftains won 12 to 6.

Kamdon Hairston had two rushing touchdowns, one of 65 yards and another of 70 yards.

In Varsity action, the Chieftains pitched a shutout 12 to 0.

The defense played well, forcing six turnovers.

Caleb Palmer and Briar Barber both had two fumble recoveries each, while Dean Buffkin and Tovan Benton both had interceptions for Bellefontaine.

Parker Artis had two sacks.

Sennett Stolly had a rushing touchdown and a passing touchdown to Caleb Palmer.

Both teams are back in action on Saturday, October 14^th at Graham.
