Chiefs go 2-3 at River Valley Duals; Lady Lakers Take Second Place at Tournament

Bellefontaine’s High School Wrestling Team went 2-3 on Saturday at the River Valley Bender Duals and had one individual champion in Zavier May.

INDIVIDUAL RECORDS:

Bellefontaine is back in action Saturday at the Central Buckeye Conference tournament at Indian Lake.

Indian Lake Lady Warriors wrestling team competed at the Triad girls wrestling tournament and came out with a second-place team title led by sophomore Kiylee Haude with a runner-up finish at 155.

Isabel Brunson finished in 3rd at 110, Riley Shaner finished 4th at 130, Augusta Biederman finished 3rd at 140, Tori Roby 3rd at 170, and Maddie Miller 3rd at 235.

Also competing for the Lakers was Shannyn Brunson winning a match to help her team.

Next up is Pre-Regionals at  Findlay High School on February 25 where the top four move on to Marysville for the Regional Tournament where the top four move on to the State Tournament.
