West Liberty-Salem Girls Bowling Team was victorious over Greeneview Monday night, finishing with a total score of 2036 to 1274. Leading the charge was Sadie Paul with an impressive 233 game, followed by Alyssa Mueller (188), and Jenny Replogle (176). The Baker games were also strong, with the team posting a 450 to 376 victory.
The West Liberty-Salem Boys Bowling Team also triumphed over Greeneview, finishing 2450 to 1261. Tucker Searles rolled an outstanding 246 game, while Devon Jones added a 233. The boys also excelled in the Baker games, finishing with a 625 to 448 victory.
Over at Victory Lanes in Springfield, the Benjamin Logan Boys Varsity Bowling Team defeated Shawnee with a total pinfall of 2787 to 2574. Landon Stoodt led the Raiders with a 424 series, followed by Dylan Stewart with 418. In the Varsity Baker games, Ben Logan won 3 out of 4 matches. The JV Boys team also was victorious, defeating Shawnee 2142 to 1550. Conner Chambers led the JV with a 353 series. Both teams will be back in action next Monday, December 2nd, with a home match against Indian Lake at 4 PM.
Lastly, Riverside traveled to Piqua to face Newton in a boys’ varsity and JV match. The Pirates won both contests, with the varsity team posting a 1668 to 1546 win and Cooper Crouch leading with a 205 game. The JV team also triumphed, winning 1212 to 1131. Leland Warner was the high scorer with a 287 series.
