Pirates and Tigers split in bowling

Riverside and West Liberty-Salem competed Monday at Southwest Lanes in Urbana.

The Lady Tigers won 1,804 – 1,539.

Haylee Earles led West Liberty-Salem with a 172 game, Lilly Gearheart and Sadie Paul were right behind her, each with a 171 game, Alyssa Meuller rolled a 136 game, and Elli Ullery tallied a 131 game.

For Riverside, Kyleigh Duff fired a 240 series and Kaitlyn Jackson added a 129 game.

The Pirate boys won 2,531 – 2,315.

Zander Crouch rolled a 388 series and Andrew Knight added a 231 game.

For the Tigers, Eli Ullery recorded a 411 series (214, 197), Adam Jennings (203, 153) and Kaden Francis (157, 199) both fired a 356 series, Devon Jones bowled a 352 series (184, 168), and Luke Thomas tallied a 254 series (133, 121).

For Riverside’s JV boys, Preston Smith recorded a 141 game and Ayden Mees added a 123 game.
