The Benjamin Logan Boys Varsity Bowling team earned a victory over Tecumseh Thursday night at Victory Lanes, with a total pinfall of 2876 to 2661. Nate Davis led the Raiders with a 453 series, followed by Caleb Knight (437), Landon Stoodt (398), Dylan Stewart (396), and Jarrett Buckenroth (381). In the Varsity Baker Games, the Raiders took 3 out of 4. The team is now 3-1 in the CBC. The JV squad also won, defeating Tecumseh 1961 to 1519, with Conner Chambers leading the way with a 320 series. The JV team is 3-0.
The Lady Raiders fought hard but lost to Tecumseh 2,145 to 2,213. Aubrey Zedlitz led the Raiders with a 340 series. The JV Lady Raiders also fell to Tecumseh 1,462 to 1,730. Riverside’s Lady Raiders will return to action on Monday, December 9th, at TP Lanes.
Riverside’s Boys Varsity Bowling team lost to Bethel 1950-1862. Cooper Crouch led Riverside with a 409 series, and Jace Lemly added a 180 game. Riverside will face Dayton Northridge tomorrow night at TP Lanes.
The Bellefontaine Boys Bowling team traveled to Victory Lanes but fell short to Springfield Shawnee, losing 2575 to 2433. Alex Williams rolled a 234, Alex Moon a 211, and Robert Spain a 201. Bellefontaine will travel to Urbana on Thursday, December 12th.
In OHC action, West Liberty-Salem defeated Emmanuel Christian. The WLS Girls won 1,885 to 1,444, with Elli Ullery leading with a 186. The WLS Boys triumphed 2,270 to 2,235, with Luke Thomas scoring a 214. Both WLS teams remain undefeated at 4-0 overall and 2-0 in the OHC.
The Indian Lake Girls Bowling Team squared off against Kenton Wednesday night in a ladies-only match. The Lakers came very close, but just could not come up with the victory. IL 1914-Kenton 1995. Addison Castle led the Lakers with a 360 series and Raelyn Horne followed with a 312. Both IL Bowling teams are back in action Monday at Jonathan Alder.
