The Benjamin Logan boys golf team participated in the Tobey Memorial Invitational on Tuesday at the Beavercreek Country Club.

The team finished 9th with a score of 441.

Caleb Knight led the Raiders with a 97, while Aaron Vogelsang shot a 102.

The Raiders play Northwestern in a Mad River match on Wednesday at the Elks Country Club in Springfield.

 

The Lady Chiefs played on the green at Liberty Hills and defeated London 188 – 198.

Senior Kyndal Newkirk was co-medalist firing a 44.

Junior Kate Myers shot a 47, Sophomore Gillian Steele shot a PR 48 and Senior Lexi Buffkin shot a 49.

Senior Emily Taylor’s 50 and Elliett Lang’s 59 (her season best) rounded out the varsity.

For the JV, Freshman Olivia Dearwester shot a PR 63 and Ella Fultz shot a 70.

The Chiefs travel to Urbana on Wednesday and then to London on Thursday.

Riverside boys golf team traveled to Homestead Golf Course and fell to Milton Union 193 to 195.

For Riverside Jaxon Woods carded 42, Hayden Sanford a 49, Gavin Robinson swung a 50, Hayden McCully a 54, and Daniel Esh 78.

The Riverside ladies took on Covington and won 193-264.

Reaghan McDaniel was the match medalist with a 40.

Emma Saylor and Ava Klingler both shot a 50, Zoie Armbruster a 53, Cassie May had a 60, and Kirstyn Carpenter had a 68.

 

The Lady Falcons traveled to Prairie View Golf Club to play the Lady Lakers.

The Falcons picked up the win over the Lakers 198-215.

Leading the Falcons was Zoey Merritt with a 37 (Medalist), followed by Annabella Odle with a 50.

Madison Murphy carded a 52, and Ryleigh Schafer posted a 59.

Kailey Dowty finished with 61 and Grace Bowers a 65.

Leading the way for the Lake Bree Stid with a 51.

The Lakers will be back in action tomorrow afternoon at Mill Creek, tee time at 4:30 p.m.

 

The West Liberty Tiger boys took on Triad at home.

The Tigers were victorious 177-192.

The Tigers were led by a season-low of 40 by Braydon Thompson.

The Tigers are now 7-4 on the season.
