Freshman phenom Ivee Rastatter went the distance in the game, giving up 5 hits and striking out 9.
Camryn Spreull takes the loss for Hillsboro despite giving up just 3 hits in 6 innings and walking 4, striking out 7.
The Cougars scored 7 runs in the third inning based solely on errors.
Kenton Ridge ends the season undefeated at 32-0.
This is their first state title.
