The Bellefontaine Shade Tree Commission recently recognized the winners of its Annual Neighborhood Beautification Program, honoring residents who help make the city more attractive through landscaping and curb appeal.

As part of the recognition, winners received an engraved garden stone and a yard sign celebrating their efforts.

Commission members reviewed nominations and photos submitted by residents before selecting this year’s winner.

The Neighborhood Beautification Award was presented to Travis and Tess Predmore of East Patterson Avenue.

The program highlights homeowners who take pride in their property and contribute to the overall appearance of the community through creative and well-maintained landscaping.

The Shade Tree Commission will begin accepting nominations for the 2026 Neighborhood Beautification Program on August 10th.

Residents may submit a home address along with a photo of the property by September 10th through email to [email protected].

Properties will be judged on overall appearance, landscaping choices and placement, and originality of design.
