As graduation gets closer for the Class of 2026, schools across Logan County are helping students plan what comes next through something called the 3E Initiative.
“3E” stands for Employed, Enlisted, or Enrolled.
The idea is simple—before graduating, every student should have a plan.
That could mean going straight into a job, joining the military, or heading to a two- or four-year college.
School leaders say all three paths are equally important.
College isn’t the only option, and the goal is to help students choose what works best for them.
The program also connects students and families with local employers, military recruiters, and colleges so they can explore their options and make informed decisions.
As graduation approaches, local seniors are sharing their plans.
Bellefontaine High School seniors Karsen Drake, Cayleb Overmann, and Kaeleigh Flora joined the Morning Show on 98.3 WPKO on Thursday to talk about which path they’ve chosen and why:
The goal is simple—every student graduates with a plan and a clear direction for the future.
