98.3 WPKO, Middlefield Bank, and Logan Dental Care have teamed up again to donate advertising to twelve local non-profit organizations.
The annual Community Spotlight Grants have been awarded for the next twelve months.
Non-profit groups were asked to fill out applications in January. Each applicant was asked to give a description of the organization, how it impacts the community, how many people are served, and how they would use the grant if awarded.
A panel of judges then selected the twelve recipients.

Discovery Riders
Simon Kenton Pathfinders
Mac-A-Cheek Foundation
Bellefontaine Police Department
Suicide Prevention Coalition of Logan and Champaign Counties
United Way of Logan County
Lutheran Community Services
Logan County Friendly Senior Center
Logan County Libraries
Logan Soil and Water Conservation District
Summer Enrichment Academy
You will learn more about each of these groups beginning in March and running through February 2024.
Each organization will receive advertising for one month on 98.3 WPKO which is worth over $7,000.
The Community Spotlight Grant is funded each year by Logan Dental Care, Middlefield Bank, and 98.3 WPKO.
