Dolan III Lodged for Possession & Probation Violation

SHARE NOW

Officers from the Bellefontaine Police Department were dispatched to Advanced Auto when workers observed a customer who seemed to be intoxicated or under the influence.

Officers arrived on the scene, identified William Dolan III, and noticed he seemed under the influence.

While speaking with William, he was struggling to keep his eyes open and showed other signs of drug use.

Officers learned that he had not checked in with his probation officer for his last drug screen and had a warrant for his arrest for violating probation.

He was placed under arrest and searched.

Officers found a bag of marijuana, as well as personal items in William’s pocket.

He was sweating profusely and showing signs that he was going to overdose, prompting officers to call medics to the scene.

Medics then transported William to Mary Rutan Hospital where he was evaluated and given a clean bill of health.

Officers searched William’s vehicle and found a crack rock and plain site, two measuring spoons, and a crack pipe.

The rock tested positive for crack cocaine.

William was transported to the Logan County jail where he was lodged for his probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Too bad the OD line is directly after the weed and separated from the crack line. Thanks for attempting to look smart though.

Good try c00ter cuz it says they found marijuana before they even mention he was appearing to overdose then the crack line is directly after them transporting him. Try reading it next time

Funny how neither of you understood my comment, yet keep insisting I’m the one that can’t read. Overdose would be spoken in the same breath as marijuana. If you can’t understand how somebody that buys the reefer-madness narrative would connect the two maybe you shouldn’t be trying to speak on the subject.
