A 14-year-old Bellefontaine girl was picked up at the Hoffman Pool on Friday by Bellefontaine Police after employees reported she was intoxicated.
Police arrived and could not locate the female or her friends. A staff member said she was vomiting in the locker room.
Kylie Sieber was brought out of the locker room to meet with police. She was unsteady on her feet and had an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her. Sieber’s speech was slurred.
She denied drinking.
Pool staff at the scene told authorities they could hear Sieber say she was “so drunk” to her friends with her at the pool.
Sieber’s parent was notified and she was transported to her house.
She was charged with underage consumption and public intoxication.
