East Liberty is set to host the last Independence Day Celebration within the county, Saturday.
The Perry Township Events Committee Independence Day Celebration will take place at Perry Park in East Liberty.
- Noon – Parade, line up at the Church of Christ at 11:30 AM.
- Noon – 5 PM Vendor & Craft Show
- Noon – 3 PM Car Show, in the wooded area at the back of the park
- 1 PM – 3 PM Church of Christ Youth Games
- 2 PM – 5 PM Ballgames
- 4 PM – 5 PM Pony Rides, donations accepted for Marmon Valley Farms
- 6 PM Cornhole Tournament
- 6 PM Cake Walk
- 7:30 PM Power Wheel Kids Derby
- Fireworks will begin at dusk
This event will be the final Independence Day Celebration for East Liberty, as the committee is lacking volunteers and funding.
