Wednesday afternoon, the Bellefontaine Fire Department responded to a reported fire at Burger King on North Main Street.
Employees told firefighters that the fire suppression system was triggered and that the kitchen fire was suppressed.
Once the fire was confirmed to be extinguished, ventilation began.
Minimal damage was reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
