Grand Jury indicts 28; Miller for rape

The Logan County Grand Jury indicted 28 people earlier this week.

The following is a list followed by their charges.

Troy C. Miller of Lima: Rape, a felony of the first degree, Felonious Assault, a felony of the second degree.

Robert Dickinson: Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound, a felony of the fifth degree, Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments, a misdemeanor of the first degree.

April Powell: Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, Possession of Drugs, a misdemeanor of the first degree, Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

John Kraus II: Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility, a felony of the third degree, Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound, a felony of the fourth degree, and Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

Ronald McFarland: Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, a Drug of Abuse or a Combination of Them – OVI, a felony of the third degree, Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, a Drug of Abuse or a Combination of Them – OVI, a felony of the third degree, and Failure to Comply with Opened Container or Beer or Liquor Laws, a misdemeanor of the minor degree.

Marcus Smith: Domestic Violence, a misdemeanor of the first degree, Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, Tampering With Evidence, a felony of the third degree, and Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility, a felony of the third degree.

Davon Whalen: Deception to Obtain a Dangerous Drug, a felony of the fifth degree, Deception to Obtain a Dangerous Drug, a felony of the fifth degree.

Shayla Eliza Nicole Flagler: Vandalism, a felony of the fifth degree.

Ashley Prater: Theft, a felony of the fifth degree.

Alicia Adelsberger: Forgery, a felony of the fifth degree.

Jeffrey Childress: Escape, a felony of the fifth degree.

      There was no drug problem when DonJon WAS president. Police spent their time eating donuts and the courtrooms were used for bingo games.

      Fentanyl comes MOSTLY manufactured in china but it’s smuggled through our border from Mexico genius
