Patties Place is officially ready for opening day after the Logan County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the owners Friday at noon.
Located on the north side of Indian Lake, organizers say the new venue is designed to bring more family-friendly entertainment and community events to the Lakeview area.
The venue recently released its Summer 2026 entertainment schedule, featuring outdoor movies, live music, food trucks, craft vendors, and special events running from May through October.
The season officially kicks off with a grand opening celebration Saturday, May 23.

According to event information released this week, activities begin at 9 a.m. and include food vendors, farmers and craft vendors, bounce houses, fire truck visits, music, games, and family activities throughout the day.
Outdoor movies will begin at dusk, with guests encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and golf carts. Organizers say there will be designated golf cart viewing spaces available for movie nights.
Concessions including popcorn, candy, snacks, and drinks will also be available during movies.

Owners Theresa and Todd Dronsfield say they are excited to become part of the Indian Lake community after years of organizing festivals and entertainment events around Ohio.
The couple previously helped create the Sunbury Sizzle & Sounds Food and Music Festival and have brought large-scale attractions and entertainment experiences to community events across the region.
They recently purchased the Lakeview property with plans to create a gathering place centered around families, community events, and local businesses.
The property already includes a pizza and sub shop, with future plans calling for expanded attractions such as an arcade, farmers markets, outdoor movies, and seasonal events.
Dronsfield says the project has become a family effort, with their children relocating from California to help bring the vision to life.
Throughout the summer, Pattie’s Place will host weekly outdoor movie nights every Saturday evening. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets, with movies beginning at dusk.
The movie lineup includes family favorites and classics such as E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Back to the Future, The Sandlot, Monsters, Inc., Field of Dreams, National Treasure, and Jurassic Park.
The venue will also feature live entertainment during the season, including a performance by McGuffey Lane on July 18.
Organizers say Pattie’s Place hopes to become a destination for summer fun at Indian Lake by combining entertainment, local food vendors, and community traditions in one location.
The 2026 season schedule runs through Oct. 31 and concludes with a Halloween showing of Hocus Pocus.
