Get ready for a ghoulishly good time at the annual Halloween KidFest this Saturday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the Logan County History Center.
This beloved community event promises thrills, chills, and plenty of treats for kids and families.
Participants will enter through the Logan County Transportation Museum doors, where they can embark on a trick-or-treat adventure through the museum bays.
After collecting goodies, they’ll journey to the Logan County Museum, where spooky decorations will add to the festive atmosphere as they explore eerie hallways and rooms.
Before heading out, each child will receive a pumpkin from Wenger’s Produce and a craft kit (while supplies last) to decorate their pumpkin at home—perfect for adding a personal touch to your Halloween festivities!
While there’s no admission fee, attendees are encouraged to bring canned goods or non-perishable items for donation to a local food pantry, spreading the spirit of giving this Halloween.
Remember, children must be accompanied by an adult for this fun-filled day.
Volunteers will be donning costumes throughout the History Center, enhancing the Halloween spirit.
Families are invited to capture the magic by taking photos in front of the stunning Orr Mansion and sharing them via email at [email protected].
These photos will then be featured on the History Center’s Facebook page, showcasing the creativity of our community!
Please note that the History Center will be closed for tours from October 21 to 28 for set-up and take-down related to Halloween KidFest.
