Popsicles, lightning bugs, and longer days are signs that summer is coming.
June 20th is declared the first day of summer, or known as the summer solstice.
The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year.
The sun will sit at its highest today.
Make sure you leave some time to enjoy the sun, but make it count because the last day of summer is September 22nd!
