The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday they arrested 42-year-old Dustin Ray Bolen on indictment in connection to the investigation of a missing McGuffey man, Michael Bolen.
Dustin Ray Bolen was charged with murder, tampering with evidence, gross abuse of a corpse, having weapons under disability, trafficking in Fentanyl, theft from a person in a protected class, and possessing criminal tools.
He is currently housed at the Multi-County Correctional Facility awaiting arraignment.
The in-depth investigation is ongoing.
