Measles has increased numbers in Ohio, Florida, and 15 other states.
Currently, there are no cases in Logan County.
Measles is highly contagious and can lead to severe illness.
Spread through respiratory droplets, it’s crucial to know the symptoms: fever, runny nose, cough, red eyes, and a rash.
Measles symptoms don’t appear until 10 to 12 days after exposure.
These symptoms tend to get worse during the first 1 to 3 days of illness.
