Impson Lodged for Possession & Tampering

Justin Impson was arrested and lodged in the Logan County Jail after a traffic stop Thursday night.

Officers from the Bellefontaine Police Department stopped Impson when they noticed his license plate lights weren’t working.

Officers asked for his license and noticed he had something white in his mouth.

Impson then spit it out and onto the floorboard of the vehicle.

He was asked to step out and placed in handcuffs.

Impson stated that what he had spit out was methamphetamine.

The meth was collected and placed into evidence, weighing 3 grams.

Impson was charged with Possession of Drugs and Tampering with Evidence.
