Recently Bellefontaine Police Department Officers (retired) Allen Huffman and Doug Walters attended the Ohio School Resource Officers Association’s (OSROA) / D.A.R.E. Officers Annual Conference in Sandusky, Ohio.
Officers Huffman and Walters are School Resource Officers (SRO) for Bellefontaine City Schools.
Walters & Huffman were awarded the rank of Master SRO by OSROA.
The SROs earned the rank by meeting verified continued service time and advanced school safety-based training.
