The Logan County Grand Jury handed down indictments against nine people this week.
Those indicted include:

- Pandering Sexually-Oriented Matter Involving a Minor or Impaired Person, a felony of the second degree
Devon Eastman
- 2 counts- Breaking and Entering, a felony of the fifth degree
- Grand Theft When the Property is a Firearm or Dangerous Ordnance, a felony of the third degree
- Theft, a felony of the fifth degree
- Misdemeanor Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree
Ashley Galyk
- Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound, a felony of the fifth degree
- Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments, a misdemeanor of the second degree
Kyle Herford
- Theft, a felony of the fifth degree
Harley Henry
- Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the second degree
Kyle Warren
- Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree
Krista Clay
- Theft, a felony of the fifth degree
Grace Queen
- Theft, a felony of the fifth degree
