According to Kuroiwa, the new building will add 198,200 square feet of premium space at the NK Parts East Liberty location, strengthening the company’s foundation and ensuring NK Parts can deliver stable, uninterrupted service to its customers regardless of the global situation.
He said that the company currently employs over 900, with 300 in Logan County.

Senior Manager of Business Development Mark Thompson said that the new facility will give the company the ability to remain competitive, and looks to have the additional space filled soon:
The building will feature 193,200 square feet of warehouse space and 5,000 square feet of office space. It will also have 18 docks and four ramps.
The project is expected to be completed by mid-February 2027.
