Logan County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to Logan Acres early Monday morning for a trespassing complaint.
Employees stated that the man, later identified as Robert Page, had entered the front lobby and was asked to leave.
He then exited the building and sat on the front porch in a rocking chair.
When deputies arrived on the scene they found Page walking towards County Road 91.
Page told officials that he needed to use the restroom, which is why he had entered Logan Acres.
Deputies reminded Page that he had been previously removed from the property and told not to return.
He was then arrested for Criminal trespassing and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
Page has a lengthy history of attempting and entering residences/businesses.
