Saturday night’s rain couldn’t keep car enthusiasts and spectators away from downtown Bellefontaine for the annual Hot Summer Nights Cruise-In.
A total of 347 classic, vintage, and souped-up cars registered at the Logan County Fairgrounds before making their way downtown in a parade of polished and customized vehicles.
Once downtown, the cars filled the streets as owners proudly displayed their prized automobiles for the crowd to enjoy.
Rain moved through the area partway through the event, temporarily diminishing the crowd.
However, the weather didn’t dampen the enthusiasm for the annual cruise-in, as many spectators and car owners returned to enjoy the vehicles and festivities.
A special thanks to Gary Kauffman for the photos.
