Sarver siblings named WL-S September Seniors of the Month

Belle Sarver and Noah Sarver are West Liberty-Salem High School’s Seniors of the Month.

Belle Sarver is the daughter of Jeremy and Mindi Sarver.

School Activities and Awards: Basketball, Volleyball, Musical, Link Crew, Student Council, Class Officer, FCA, Key Club, Book Club, NHS, Calculus Club, Prom Committee, Student Helper, iPad Committee, Highest Honor Roll, Academic Excellence Award.

If I were principal for a day: I would bring in an ice cream truck for lunch.

Favorite school memory: Decorating hallways and Christmas volleyball tournaments.

People who have been an inspiration to me include: My parents and grandparents.

Because: They have lived joyful and faithful lives.

Lately, I have been reading: The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes.

My advice to parents: Be an example to your kids. Whether they realize it or not, they notice your actions and habits. Who they will become has to do with what example you set.

My biggest regret: Not joining choir.

Next year I will be: Hopefully attending Cedarville to major in education.

Noah Sarver is the son of Jeremy and Mindi Sarver.

If I were principal for a day: I would send everybody home.

Favorite school memory: Eating with my lunch table.

People who have been an inspiration to me include: My parents.

Because: I have learned to navigate life through their example.

Lately, I have been reading: Lord of the Flies.

My advice to parents: Be realistic.

My biggest regret: Contesting Taran Logwood at the rim.

Next year I will be: Attending an undecided school and majoring in biology (pre-optometry).
