A Logan County jury found James D. Sexton, Jr. not guilty Friday on six sex-offense charges.
The jury specifically found Sexton not guilty of four counts of rape, one count of attempted rape, and one count of disseminating material harmful to a juvenile.
The jury deliberated for approximately two hours before they reached their verdict.
Defense counsel Addie King, of Urbana, represented the defendant.
Logan County Assistant Prosecutor Sarah Warren represented the State of Ohio.
