West Liberty Police handled a crash that left two people injured late Saturday morning.
According to officers, just after 10:30 a.m., a 2020 Ford Edge driven by 84-year-old Jay King of West Liberty was stopped at the intersection of U.S. 68 and Detroit Street.
King then entered the roadway and failed to yield to a 2015 Honda CR-V driven by 35-year-old Megan McCurdy of Plain City.
The vehicles collided, causing the Ford Edge to overturn and come to rest on its top.
King and his passenger, 82-year-old Kathleen King of West Liberty, were transported by EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital with suspected minor injuries.
McCurdy and her two passengers were not injured.
The crash report notes that Kathleen King was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident.
Jay King was cited for failure to yield.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle crash around 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the entrance of Otterbein Green Hills, just outside of West Liberty.
According to initial reports, a black SUV was attempting to cross the roadway from the Dollar General when it collided with another black SUV.
The impact caused one of the vehicles to overturn, coming to rest on its roof.
Two older adults were transported to Mary Rutan Hospital with possible injuries.
Their conditions have not been released at this time.
The West Liberty Police Department is leading the investigation into the crash.
Assisting at the scene were West Liberty Fire, Macochee EMS, and the Bellefontaine Fire Department.
