Saturday evening, West Liberty Police stopped a vehicle for multiple moving violations on US 68 near State Route 508.

The driver, Kevin Engle, 54, of Urbana, showed signs of intoxication and failed field sobriety tests.

When officers were putting Engle in the patrol vehicle, they found a glass pipe (commonly used for narcotics) in his pocket.

During a search of his vehicle, officers found a digital scale and a bag containing approximately 14 grams of methamphetamine.

Engle was transported to the Logan County Jail, where he refused a urine test.

He now faces charges of OVI, possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in drugs, and drug paraphernalia.
