Two Urbana Police Division officers have been recognized by the Ohio chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving for their efforts to enforce impaired driving laws. According to a release from the Urbana Police Division, Sergeant Todd Pratt and Officer David Findley received the 2025 Award of Excellence during a luncheon Thursday at Whetstone Shelterhouse in Columbus.
Pratt, who joined the Urbana Police Division in 1996, serves as the day shift supervisor. His OVI arrests accounted for 18% of the division’s total OVI arrests in 2025.
