The Lady Chieftains kicked off their season with a 194 – 217 victory over Kenton Ridge at The Elks on Tuesday night.
For the Chieftains, Kyndal Newkirk was co-medalist firing a 44.
Lexi Buffkin and Emily Taylor both shot 49, Gillian Steele shot 52, Kate Myers shot a 60, and Elliett Lang shot a 66.
The Chieftains will take on Kenton Ridge foe Urbana Tuesday at Liberty Hills Golf Course starting at 4:30 PM.
