Bellefontaine traveled to Wapakoneta Saturday for a nonleague match.

The Redskins were victorious (17-25, 18-25, and 18-25).

  • Taylor Banta recored 8 kills and 5 digs
  • Reagan Standly tallied 12 digs and was 12/12 serving
  • Madi Zedeker chipped in with 8 digs, 22 assists and was 6/6 serving
  • Alexza Clifton added 5 digs, while Ava Reeves added 4 digs and was 6/6 serving
  • Kylie Adams had 3 kills
  • Ava Campbell had 2 kills and a solo block

The Chieftain JV Red team also fell short in 3 sets (17-25, 25-23, 13-25)

  • Emma Whitaker chipped in with 5 kills and an ace

The JV Black team for the Chiefs lost a hard-fought battle with the Redskins 22-25 and 20-25.
