In a West Ohio Soccer League (WOSL) matchup on Thursday night, the Varsity Spartan soccer team faced off against the New Knoxville Rangers, aiming to disrupt the Rangers’ Senior Night celebrations.
Despite dominating possession and outshooting their opponents, the Spartans were unable to find the back of the net, resulting in a scoreless draw.
The tie wraps up an impressive regular season for the Spartans, who finished with an overall record of 11-3-2.
With their sights set on the tournament, the team is looking forward to their next challenge against Greeneview, scheduled for Tuesday night at home.
