Logan County Sheriff Deputies received a call just after 7:00 Thursday evening for a report that a 3-year-old Rushsylvania girl had been missing for 45-60 minutes.
While en route, dispatch told deputies that the girl had been found by her father, in a pool, at a nearby home on County Road 12.
When deputies arrived on the scene, EMS personnel were performing CPR on the child, Ketzy Vanbuskirk.
BMRT transported Vanbuskirk to Mary Rutan Hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
A report is being forwarded to Logan County Children’s Services for review.
