Wednesday evening Donna Conrad, of Kenton, was crossing over US Route 33 on County Road 57 and struck a vehicle, driven by Melinda Diaz, that traveling on 33.
Diaz and her passenger, Carole Sullivan were transported to Mary Rutan Hospital with suspected serious injuries by the Bellefontaine EMS.
Conrad was cited for Right of Way at Intersections.
There have been over 10 accidents at this intersection in the last 24 months.
