The City of Bellefontaine has received notification from Republic Services that all waste collections scheduled for Monday this week have been suspended due to weather conditions.
However, collections for the rest of the week will proceed as scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Residents who typically have their waste collected on Mondays will have their collection postponed until next week when it will occur on the regular scheduled day.
City officials have expressed their apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage residents to make note of the revised schedule.
