Wednesday evening officers of the Washington Township Police Department were on patrol and stopped Natalie Breeding, 56 of Lakeview, for a turn signal violation.
As they spoke with Breeding, they noticed several signs of impairment.
She failed several field sobriety tests, was arrested, and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
Breeding submitted to a breath test and her BAC was .224, almost three times the legal limit.
She was charged with OVI.
