Fire crews responded to a camper fire Sunday just before 12:30 p.m. at Geronimo’s Campground on State Route 235 in Lakeview.
When crews arrived, neighbors were already using a garden hose to apply water to the camper.
Firefighters quickly contained the blaze.
Lakeview Fire, Indian Joint Fire, and Indian Lake EMS initially responded to the scene.
The Logan County Fire Investigation Team was also called in to determine the cause.
Investigators determined the fire was electrical in nature and originated in the kitchen area of the camper.
The camper was unoccupied when the fire started.
Crews remained on the scene for about two hours.
No injuries were reported, and the camper was considered a total loss.
