Michael Cantrell, 37, of Dayton was westbound on US 33 approaching the exit ramp to US 68 North.
As he entered the ramp, Cantrell lost control, making several corrections before rolling over his vehicle.
A passenger of the vehicle was checked at the scene by Bellefontaine EMS and cleared.
The ramp was closed for several hours until the vehicle was removed from the scene.
Cantrell was cited by Bellefontaine Police for failure to control.
